Phase 1: Development, Launch, and Preparations (Q1 of 2024)

1. Foundation, Planning & Legal Compliance:

   • Conduct in-depth market research to understand the betting landscape and identify key competitors.

   • Setup a core team for Blockstake and establish key deliverables and milestones for the project, including development stages, testing phases, and marketing activities.

   • Outline timelines for each deliverable to maintain a structured and efficient development process.

   • Address legal and regulatory requirements for decentralized betting platforms in various jurisdictions.

2. Development, Streaming & Audits:

   • Develop user interfaces and back-end services for Live stream Betting Dapp P2P betting games on Telegram Event Betting Bot

   • Establish a robust broadcasting setup for live-streaming games.

   • Set up and configure simulator v/s simulator games to be streamed.

   • Conduct test runs for the games to ensure smooth streaming and betting integration.

   • Implement initial security measures and conduct preliminary security testing and audits from recognized auditing partners.

   • Go through necessary Kyc procedures.

3. Launch:

   • Incubate launch of the $STAKE token for platform transactions.

   • Finalize development and officially launch Blockstake Live Streaming Dapp to the public.

Phase 2: Marketing and User Acquisition (Q2 of 2024)

1. Post Launch Necessities (2nd Week of June)

   • Dextools Update.

   • Dexscreener Update.

   • Coinmarketcap Listing.

   • Coingecko Listing.

   • Lock Liquidity & Renounce Token

   • Run Ads on Crypto Specific Platforms like TTF, Dextools, Dexscreener to attract initial users.

   • Identify target audiences and set marketing goals.

   • Host & Organize the first Grand Opening of Blockstake Live Betting Dapp.

2. Hosting Lucrative Contests: (15th-30th June)

   • Organize and host lucrative live stream contests daily to attract users and promote engagement.

   • Plan and schedule a set of 14 monthly games for live streaming.

   • Rotate games daily, ensuring each game is streamed twice or thrice a month to maintain user retention.

   • Constantly research and add new Hyper Casual Games to the pool for better user retention.

3. Marketing Strategy: (15th June to 30th July)

   • Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan.

   • Utilize social media, influencer partnerships, and community events to drive user acquisition.

   • Host and Organize small community competitions for greater engagement. For Example Threads Competition.

   • Partnerships and Accelerator programs.

   • Setup a small team purely dedicated to Influencer Marketing.

Phase 3: Feature Expansion and Development (Q3 of 2024)

1. Launch of Blockstake PvP Games Bot: (15th - 25th July)

   • Launch Blockstake PvP Games Bot initially with 3 Hyper-Casual Games.

   • Promote the Games Bot with Blockstake's Trail Blazing Marketing Strategies.

   • Run Educational Campaigns to educate the community on how the Blockstake PvP Game Bot functions and how you can earn with that.

   • Run our "Earn with Blockstake" campaign.

2. Launch Leaderboard Games: (1rst to 15th August)

   • Introduce leaderboard games to incentivize competitive play and reward top users.

   • Implement a weekly leaderboard system to promote the Blockstake Games Bot to users who prefer not to engage in betting but still want to participate in the ecosystem.

   • This is done to promote Blockstake's Freemium Model which will be both beneficial to Blockstake and its users.

   • Convert Free to Play users into Brand Ambassadors for Blockstake.

3. Launch of Event Betting on Telegram: (1rst to 15th August)

   • Release the Event Betting Beta version to our whales for final stage testing, gather feedback, and make necessary improvements.

   • Grand Launch of Event Betting to the public with a flagship and grand event happening around the corner to boost engagement and hype (Preferably Euro 2024 Winner).

   • Host regular betting events on various topics (sports, politics, current affairs).

   • Build an ecosystem for custom events where we will give our customers the opportunity to pay to host their own events on Blockstake. (This will give an opportunity for side events being hosted on private groups).

4. Partner & Earn with Blockstake: (15th August to 30th September)

   • Profit-Sharing Model: Group owners earn 60% of the revenue generated by adding the Blockstake bot to their private groups, providing a significant revenue source similar to how Patreon supports YouTubers.

   • Additional Reward Tiers: Further incentivize group owners by offering extra rewards for achieving milestones, such as hosting 10 games in a week, to promote active engagement and use of the bot within their communities.

   • Brand Ambassador Program: Community members can become brand ambassadors, promoting the bot in private groups and earning rewards for achieving specific targets, driving broader adoption and engagement.

   • Goal-Oriented Rewards: We will set specific goals for ambassadors and reward them upon reaching these targets, ensuring continuous promotion and integration of Blockstake across various communities.

   • Influencer Promotion: We will have all our influencers promote the Blockstake Hyper casual Betting bot in their private communities.

Phase 4: Ton Expansion (Q4 of 2024)

1. Research and Integration: (October)

   • Conduct thorough research on the TON blockchain's capabilities and compatibility with Blockstake's platform.

   • Develop and integrate support for TON blockchain transactions, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing Blockstake features.

2. App Development for TON Marketplace: (October)

   • Design and develop a dedicated Blockstake app for the TON Marketplace.

   • Ensure the app provides a user-friendly interface and incorporates all core functionalities of Blockstake, optimized for the TON ecosystem.

3. Launch Blockstake on TON: (November)

   • Develop and launch a variety of games and all the functionalities of Blockstake specifically tailored for the TON blockchain.

   • Promote these games within the TON community to attract users and drive engagement.

4. Marketing and Partnerships: (November & December)

   • Implement targeted marketing campaigns to raise awareness about Blockstake's expansion to TON.

   • Form strategic partnerships with key players in the TON ecosystem to enhance visibility and drive user adoption.
